The only SPAM variety that isn’t gluten free is SPAM Teriyaki which is made with soy sauce that contains wheat.

How is SPAM made?

Pork and ham are pre-ground, then combined with salt, sugar, and other ingredients. From there, the mixture is moved to the canning line where it is vacuumed sealed.
