Who said gluten free dining has to be expensive?
Believe it or not, most gluten free dishes are not more expensive than regular restaurant dishes.
It’s a little shocking considering the fact that gluten free ingredients from the supermarket are just so overpriced.
Anyways enough of that.
Let’s talk about saving some serious cash when eating.
Now I already wrote about this subject in a previous post and frankly it’s a lot more in-depth than this one.
This post is just going to be a super simple post that features a few things that I like to call, restaurants hacks.
After reading this short, yet very informative post, you’ll be able to implement these restaurant hacks immediately with ease.
So let’s get started!
Gluten Free Dining Restaurant Hacks
Here are a few quick gluten free restaurant hacks that you can use immediately. And they are just so darn simple.
1. Daily Deals Websites like Groupon.
Groupon, Living Social, and Amazon local are just a few of these websites that will give you restaurant dining certificates for ridiculously reduced prices. I’m talking about getting $50 worth of food for only $20. That’s $30 of free food. Not too shabby. I’ll take free food any day. Believe that. You can learn a lot more on how to use these daily deals websites by checking out my ultimate guide. Just make sure that the restaurants with the deals have gluten free menu items and selections that you will actually like.
2. Gift Cards
On sites like Restaurant.com, you can buy reduced restaurant certificates. It’s almost like using daily deals websites like Groupon, but instead, you actually get to choose your restaurant. You can also buy discounted gift cards from Gift Card Granny. On Gift Card Granny, you’ll save around 15% off the normal prices.
3. Credit Cards
This will take some time, but if you buy certain credit cards, you can actually get cash rewards. Plus, depending on the card, you’ll get double or even triple points just for paying for your gluten free meal with your credit card. I currently have the Chase Sapphire (no annual fee), and it came with a 10,000 point bonus if I spent $500 in 3 months.
With this, all I did was pay my bills for 1.5 months with this card and was able to get the 10,000 point bonus. That is equal to $100 of money I got back (most of which I spent to buy more food 😛 )
