Here’s the Checkers gluten free menu.

Although you can’t get a gluten free burger, you can however settle for some BBQ hot wings as well as some flavored milkshakes.

So with that being said, here’s the Checkers gluten free menu.

This whole GF Menu is really an issue. Most of us who are not Celiac but have a lot of sensitivity or allergy to Gluten cannot eat in these places as they do not have a dedicated fryer/kitchen/prep area. They leap on the bandwagon of the GF needs to attract people into their restaurant. There is also a number of people who have no sensitivity at all who just want to eat GF, that’s a different story.

I recently ate at Carrabbas and the GF menu was so limited (the only vegetable on the list was garlic mashed potatoes) and I got sick from the cross contamination of my soup + grilled chicken and roasted carrots. I only want to hear about restaurants that truly are GF and not “pretending” just to get customers in the door.

I have Celiac so does my daughter. We both eat at carrabbas on a reg basis. NEVER AN ISSUE. ITS up to you to tell them you have to have it preprred seperatly and they will. IF you dont thats your fault. We get the veggies, salands, steak marsolis even ice cream ALL gluten free. They even have gluten free soup. If you gopt sick it wasnt from gluten. Gluten causes you to bloat up and not digest food. Causing to be consipated. You dont throw up from it. My daugher has had it from the day she was born 7 years ago. It hit me a few years ago. Does this make me an expert? no. but i read enough and shop enough for it to know what is and what isnt today!

I completely agree…..I am hoping with this new guideline that restaurants will really start paying attention. I had the same thing happen tonme at Mago’s. I even double checked with the waitress and she assured me everything was gluten free. That night I was so sick. I would love to be able to enjoy going out to dinner again but I am do afraid that I am going to be sick if I do

Checkers’ downloadable nutrition menu says none of the wings have wheat. Then from the menu page, if you click on the pics of the item and click nutrition, it shows they all have wheat. I was hoping to go there for wings tonight but now IDK if I’m going to. don’t want to chance it.
