Hello Adam,
Thank you for all your hard work searching for these gluten free menu items. I noticed on the salads you say to remove the bacon. The A La Charra and refried beans are made with bacon as well, so I thought they should be removed from the “Accompaniments” section. Just a thought…

I am eating at Chevys tonight and was told the rice and sweet corn tomalita are not gluten free. They stated that they both have butter and their butter has gluten in it.

Mgr said all fryers have wheat exposed to them. Won’t release ingredients or allergens in food. Also corn tortilla cooked on same flat top with wheat tortillas.
