According to Erbert and Gerbert’s, they now have 3 of their most popular subs that use dedicated equipment to avoid any cross-contamination.
These sandwiches include:
- The Bone Billy: turkey breast
- The Comet Morehouse: ham and provolone cheese
- The Jacob Bluefinger: a vegetarian sub with provolone and avocado
These 3 subs will be made specifically with specially designed sub rolls by Udi’s (certified by the GFCO)
As an added bonus, you can also order any of their 21 sandwiches and substitute them with a gluten free sandwich bun. The only downside is that Erbert and Gerbert’s can’t certify these subs to be contamination and gluten-free.
Plus, Erbert and Gerbert now have 3 certified gluten-free soups that have been remade to eliminate gluten.

Just to let everyone know, the chipotle BBQ sauce used in the Apollo has wheat in it. I asked to check the bottle. I just ordered it without the sauce, and it’s nummy.
