You list the California Chicken Salad without dressing as GF, but you also list the balsamic vinaigrette as GF. The California Chicken Salad comes with BV dressing. (I’m confused.)

The loaded potatoe soup is not GF they use flour to thicken it like a cream of potatoe style

I emailed the company once and they did not mention the Flour – I think it might be thickened with the Cheese rather than Flour. They also told me that they only reason why their Potato Skins are listed on the Allergen Menu as with “wheat” is because they are fried in the same fryers as other foods with Wheat in them.

I asked for a gluten free menu and our waiter was very helpful. The issue is that he brought out a notebook with all the allergens, which was somewhat confusing, and hard to read. I love your food and atmosphere, I just wish you had a gluten free menu that was simplified. Thank you.
