Here is the complete Qdoba gluten free menu.
Qboda has an extensive list of gluten free options that includes a majority of their menu. The one thing you need to watch out for, however, is the cross-contamination possibility for their chips and tortillas.

I didn’t see it listed on here, but according to their website the Pinto Beans are also gluten free. They have a PDF chart you can get on their website also with all allergen info!!! 🙂

Sweet! I’ll be sure to add those to the list too. Thanks Conny!

What about the chips??
Adam Bryan
Hi Sean, according to Qdoba, their chips are listed as “May contain gluten” so just to be on the safe side, I would avoid them
Hi
The chips are fried along with the taco salad bowls. Now, they may not sell that many, so it depends. But they’re technically unsafe because of that fryer contamination.

I have Celiac and have been eating their Mexican Gumbo a lot recently. I can’t find any information confirming it’s gluten free, but I haven’t had any issues with it.

Perhaps all stores are different, but in Indy I just tried to order a white soft corn tortilla and was informed that they only have flour & wheat ones. Qdoba.com confirms this is correct.
