Gluten Free Italian Restaurants

Whenever someone goes on a gluten free diet, whether if it’s willingly or forcefully through allergies or Celiacs disease, one of the first foods that they immediately believe that they can’t have is pasta. And with no pasta, they usually assume that they need to forever cross out any Italian restaurants from their list.

And all I have to say about that is STOP. Why? Because many major Italian restaurant chains offer some of the best gluten free selections arounds.

From gluten free penne pasta and spaghetti all the way to gluten free meatballs and alfredo sauce, Celiacs and gluten free dieters alike can find some delicious gluten free Italian restaurants to enjoy classic favorites.

And instead of you having to scour the web to find the perfect gluten free Italian restaurant, we went ahead and compiled a full list of them, including their complete gluten free menu.

So with that being said, enjoy and dig in!

Thought you’d want to know that the Macaroni Grill in Akron, Ohio cooks their GF pasta in the SAME boiling water (it’s constantly boiling to cook the pastas) as regular pasta so there is bound to be cross contamination. I asked them to boil it separately and it took forever. It was listed as GF but not for this tummy if they boil it in the same water.

I ate at Carabbas and got sick so I don’t trust their knowledge. You don’t have Abrusci’s on yor list and they are really good and are very knowledgable about gluten allergy!! They are located in Wheatridge, CO., at 32nd and Youngfield
