Here is the Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza and Pasta gluten free menu.
Bertucci’s is well-known for their Italian brick oven pizza. Unfortunately, they have yet decided to create a gluten free pizza dough that they can serve to their customers, like these places that do.
Bummer, right?
Anyways, you can still find some nice choices on the Bertucci’s gluten free menu. Just don’t expect to enjoy some gluten free brick oven pizza anytime soon, though.

As of October 2013, Bertucci’s has dropped the ball. I used to love this place….real entrees that weren’t stripped-down versions of what regular folks got to enjoy. Not anymore. The latest incarnation of the GF menu says to order the filet mignon without the chianti sauce that USED TO BE SAFE. Pardon my language….but WTF? The new menu is down to four entrees, with no chicken option. The walnut and goat cheese salad with creamy parmesan dressing says to order it WITHOUT the dressing in the next line. Who suddenly hates celiacs at Bertucci’s? The one thing that made them a standout was how normal I felt in choosing real food with sauces….i.e. complex flavors…not the same old minimalist beef or fish with nothing on it. Hell…I can make that at home.

I like a couple of things on their menu which is lucky because there are only a few things : ). Now, I just ordered a salad and was told they don’t have any gluten free dressing but they can put it on the side. I really do hate hearing that. I am highly allergic to your dressing so please don’t give it to me on my salad or on the side. I asked if they have oil and red wine vinegar which they do so that will be what I get today. I’m traveling for work today and they are the closest option with anything gluten free so they win today but probably won’t for long.
