Don Pablos Gluten Free Menu

Last updated on May 26, 2015 by Adam Bryan. These menus are unofficial meaning they may not be accurate and can change at any time.

Here’s the Don Pablos gluten free menu.

It’s actually pretty jam packed with some great selections.

Just be sure to read through it thoroughly especially if you’re looking to get anything with corn tortillas.

So before I send you on your way to the Don Pablos gluten free menu, be sure to understand that you absolutely must request your corn tortillas to be “Skinny Style”

Basically, “Skinny Style” is when corn tortillas are softened in water versus fryer oil which helps eliminate cross contamination.

Unfortunately, Don Pablos is NOT truly gluten free! They state right on their menu, “…gluten free products are prepared on surfaces and/or in oil used for gluten containing products. We do not have designated fryers, cooking surfaces, or utensils for gluten free products. Based on these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu entree can be completely free of allergens.” http://donpablos.com/downloads/glutenfreemenu.pdf

It’s definitely one of those restaurants that is good for anyone on a non medical gluten free diet, but very unsafe for Celiacs or anyone who is gluten intolerant. Thanks for bringing this up Kel.

I just called our local Don pablos and they said they bake chips for gluten free option. I think that is great.. I think that shows that they are trying to be better than they are willing to say, so I’ll be giving them a chance. Everything always comes with a disclaimer because no one wants to be held responsible for anything so I’m not surprised that they’re saying that their surfaces and what not are not safe but, like I said it looks to me like they’re trying to be a safe environment.
