Bourbon is NOT gluten free.
By definition, bourbon is made up of about 50% with corn and maze, which are both gluten free.
However, the other 50% is typically made up of a glutenous element.
So technically, there’s a chance that some bourbons are gluten free, but it’s hard to tell.
So just to be on the safe side, be sure to avoid bourbon if you’re on a gluten free diet.
