At the moment, Portillo’s does not offer a gluten free roll, bun, or hot dog bun at any of their locations. So you’ll have to ensure that you order a few of their “nudie” products, a majority of which don’t contain wheat or any other gluten.
Also, unfortunately milkshakes are off the table because they are made using the same shared equipment that makes their famous cake shakes.
