Here’s the complete Taco Bell gluten free menu.
There are not that many options to choose from besides crunchy tacos and power bowls unfortunately. And since Taco Bell doesn’t claim any of their foods to be gluten free nor do they recommend them for anyone with Celiacs Disease, I suggest you check out Chipotle’s gluten free menu for a better variety of choices.
Anyways, with that being said, enjoy the Taco Bell gluten free menu.

I’ve never had an issue with the Chicken Cantina Bowl.
suerediske
When I looked on the Taco Bell site, they said the Pintos and Cheese were not gluten free, but that the plain cheese nachos were. I’m confused.
Anna
Am I missing something? Because on the site it is listed as not containing wheat?
Rica
It says, “Contains ingredient that may cause sensitivity.”
Brandi
Every time I get a tostado I get violently ill. I assume from cross contamination. No thanks!
Rica
I have had a tostado every day this week. We are doing construction and that is the lowest calories gluten free, easy option for my taste buds. I have never had any reaction of any kind.
Michele
I eat the chicken cantina bowl and it doesn’t bother me. The website says it’s gluten free. Beware of the fire sauce though it contains wheat
Adam Bryan
I’ll be sure to look into that and add it to the menu. Thanks for the info, Michele

According to the food facts on Taco Bell’s website, pinto beans, which are an I ingredient of a tostada, contain gluten. This makes a tostada NOT gluten free.
Kevin Glenn
According to Tao Bell’s own Food Allergies and Sensitivities list (http://www.tacobell.com/nutrition/allergens) Tostada’s are NOT gluten free. Only their Chicken DLT’s, Cantina Bowls, and some sides are Gluten-Free. Even their Fire Sauce has gluten in it.
Please fix your article. You are the number 2 result when Googling ‘Gluten Free Taco Bell’ and it would be a shame for someone to go and eat that because of what you said.
Better yet, stop eating at Taco Bell. They can’t even call it beef, and somehow even the Steak has gluten in it.
Annie
My grandmother has Celiac’s and she is able to eat the Mexican Pizza at Taco bell (she gets a Mexican Pizza weekly if not every other day) and their regular crunchy tacos. The Mexican Pizza does have pinto beans in it, so I think that the beef and the pinto beans are okay so you might be okay eating a Tostada.
Chelsea
The Mexican pizza 100% has gluten in it. You can read the ingredients on the Taco Bell website and the shell the pizza is on is made from a wheat flour base.
Gregoire
Chicken Cantina Bowl (two times) = nasty eczema reaction (two times). I put one packet of hot sauce on each bowl. Yes, I now understand that even the hot sauce has gluten, but one packet? The reactions were quite severe, in fact, the worst I’ve had since going gluten free. Due to the severity of the reactions, I will not be trying any more food from taco bell.

Annie I read that their beef actually has oats added to it so that is what makes it NOT GLUTEN FREE. Used as a filler.
JQ
Oats don’t have gluten. Hmmm
Linda
Oats do not naturally contain gluten but they do if they grow them in last years wheat field look on the quaker Web site they explain why that is.
Chelsea
The Taco Bell website specifically states that the oats in their beef contain gluten.
Jen
you have to order the tostada without any sauces…. The sauce is thickened with flour…… The mild sauce in the packets IS GF so I put that on instead.
Ryan
The meat in the tacos has a trace ingredient which contains wheat. I conducted a test to 20 ppm using a Glutentox kit and the results came pack positive showing that there was more than 20 ppm of gluten. Check out the test here at http://www.foodtestnetwork.com/gluten_taco_bell_entries
Sara
Taco bell seasoning contains wheat
Chelsea
You can actually eat a lot here if you substitute the beef for beans. The beef contains gluten but the refried beans are gluten free, so you can substitute them in the hard shell tacos, nachos, etc. That’s what I’ve been doing for years and I have celiac and am very sensitive and have never gotten sick from it. The Doritos locos tacos are also gluten free with the bean substitution. The fire sauce contains gluten but all of the other hot sauces are gluten free.
Sarah
I have celiac and will have the Combo 11. The Doritos Tacos. The beef is not gluten free so you would have to substitute the beef for shredded chicken.
Betty Johnson
I have been eating the Hard shell Taco with Beef ever since I was diagnosed with Celiac’s very positive at the advice of one of their managers. Never had noticed any reaction but am interested that the beef has wheat in it and may use these comments in the future. I have noticed on one of the Doritos bags that it says Gluten Free.
