My local Chuys said the steak in the steak burrito does not contain gluten- is this accurate?

Their steak is marinated in beer, which contains wheat, which is gluten.

Thank you so much! Could you update it for 2025? I love, love Chuy’s, especially in New Braunfels, TX.

I went to one tonight in Katy. I couldn’t have any of the above. Only the guac tacos and veggie enchiladas without any sauce. No sauces, chips or meat was gluten free. Plus CC was bad

When a Chuy’s opened in the Dayton, we went thinking it would be fine, since I have eaten at plenty of Mexican food places and they had gluten free alternatives. Well I was told by the waitress which got her information from the cook, that the only things that were gluten free was the quac and something else, like beans or something. A party of 6 of us got up and left. I was hoping this has changed. That last comment makes me think they haven’t yet or that different locations take better care than the one we visited. That was about 5 or 6 years ago.
