For the longest time, I had no idea that there was an official Uno’s Chicago Grill gluten free menu.
And to top that off, I had no idea that they even had gluten-free pizza.
I was a little surprised to hear that!
At first I was thinking, “what’s the point of going to Uno’s if you can’t get one of their famous pizza?”
But thankfully, I was proven wrong.

The Uno gluten-free thin crust pizza is very good! I also eat lactose-free and was able to forgo the mozzarella and keep the romano cheese and vary the toppings.
