The Nature Valley Trail Mix bars contain barley, so are NOT gluten free.

At least the Fruit and Nut Trail Mix variety is NOT gluten free. I am looking at a bar right now and the current ingredients contain barley malt extract. Not sure about the Dark Chocolate Cherry ones.
