Bailey’s Irish Cream ISN’T technically gluten free.

Although the ingredients in Bailey’s are all gluten free, it does contain Irish Whiskey which contains gluten.

Although the gluten in the Irish Whiskey is supposed to be distilled and removed, there’s still a chance of some gluten remnants.

As a result, it’s better to steer clear of Bailey’s if you’re allergic to gluten or Celiac.

However, if you’re on a non-medical gluten free diet, you should be good to go.
