- 60% cacao bars and squares
- 72% cacao bars and squares
- 86% cacao bars and squares
- 92% cacao bars and squares
The following Ghirardelli baking products that are also gluten free include:
- milk chocolate baking chips
- semisweet baking chips
- 60% baking chips and baking bars
These are the only products that Ghirardelli has specifically stated to be gluten free at the moment.
These chocolates, although high in sugar, are pretty high in carbs as well.
