Here’s the complete unofficial TGI Fridays gluten free menu.
The menu is pretty limited besides a few sides and steaks. Personally, we recommend that you don’t eat here if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy.

What’s the point of having a gluten free menu if individuals with allergies can’t order from the gluten free menu?
Linda
Exactly my thoughts. Either it is or it isn’t. Period.

A burger is not a burger w/o a bun !

The skins r not GF as they are fried in the same grease as breaded items. I didn’t realize they were fried but they are fried first then broiled to melt the cheese.

They now have GF buns.

I’ve eaten there several times and was NOT glutenized. Nice variety and it’s tasty too 🙂

Waitress said fries are cook with battered foods

Don’t list a gluten free menu and then say it’s not recommended for people with a gluten allergy or celiac disease. What’s the point. And alot of restaurants will claim their fries are GF without disclosing they are fried in a common fryer. Needs to be better education for restaurant managers.

Absolutely useless and incorrect information!! A pointless read.
