Moe’s Southwest Grill Gluten Free Menu (2024)

Last updated on Jan 1, 2024 by Adam Bryan. These menus are unofficial meaning they may not be accurate and can change at any time.

Here’s the complete unofficial Moe’s Southwest Grill gluten free menu.

Moe’s Southwest Grill offers over 20 gluten-free options for those seeking fast Mexican food. Many of their ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but it’s important to note that cross-contamination can occur as they use a shared fryer for chips and tortillas.

If you have a gluten allergy, we suggest choosing a burrito bowl and avoiding fried items. Opting for corn tortillas is recommended, as their flour tortillas contain gluten. Additionally, Moe’s Southwest Grill generously provides complimentary chips and salsa with every order which is a great touch.

I ate today when they catered a work event and I got the rice, chicken, and toppings and didn’t feel well after. Just be cautious

Their tortillas are NOT gluten free. I go for a lettuce bowl and haven’t had much issue besides a slight bloated feeling.

What’s the point if their chips aren’t gluten free. I’ve just been told once again I most likely have celiac disease last time no damage this time tons of folds. I want to scream what is the point in giving up.everything that tastes good when they’re is a good chance the damage you have won’t heal anyway? These resturaunts offer these tiny disgusting menus and then the 2 good places like Moe’s no chips please tell me that theyve just been left off. Then Domino’s gets you all excited but says ohe it’s probably still cross contaminated. Guess I’ll just be havin worsening problems, cause I’m not living off grass and cardboard. Sorry this just sucks a bunch!!!!

Hey, you can do this. Make the switch it will make your life better. We all know it’s hard. Some people don’t even have resources for food. Be grateful. Much love ?

Stopped at the Moe’s in Atoka, OK and was told “everything is gluten-free!” ?. Pointed out the flour tortillas and the lady said it’s wheat (implying healthy) and she didn’t think they contained gluten. Another lady walked up and explained that they would change gloves, but even she had no concept of the cross contamination that had already occurred in the ingredient containers. No thank you.

Once diagnosed, one must remember celiacs cant eat at ff restaurants. Even if assured it’s gf, there’s a huge possibility of cross contamination, it cant be helped. In any restaurant tha serves wheat products, there will always be issues. I buy the queso at BJ’s and use my own gf non gmo chips, no problem. I would never eat in the restaurant.
