Even though In N Out doesn’t offer a gluten free burger bun, they do offer Protein Style (wrapped in lettuce) for all of their burger options, including Animal Style. The spread is also gluten free.

Be sure to order all burgers Protein Style (wrapped in lettuce). You can also get your Protein Style burger Animal Style (wrapped in lettuce but with pickles, tomatoes, onions, etc) as seen on their secret menu.

love in-n-out but I always ask for the spread on the side as to avoid cross contamination since they use the same knife to put it on the buns.

You would have to order it protein and animal style, not just animal style. That’s what I do and it’s delicious!

Correct, always say protein style, gluten allergy, in fact make it the first thing before other preferences like animal style. My one and only regret is that they don’t have bacon too, LOL!! But I will live.

I love that Inn-n-Out made gluten free easily available before most places even gave it a thought and they don’t treat you like a freak when you say you have an allergy.

Last time I ate there I got sick. They were warming buns and cooking patties on the same grill and using the same spatula to handle both.
